5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program Name and Description

Program name: Groupiehead Client Updates. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Groupiehead about your inquiry or project, including meeting and video call confirmations and reminders, project updates, proofs and approval requests, invoice and payment reminders, follow-up on estimates, and responses to your direct questions.

How You Opt In

You opt in by submitting your phone number through a form on our website or landing page and checking the SMS consent checkbox, by submitting your phone number through an advertisement lead form that includes SMS consent language, or by texting us directly. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to [4] messages per month related to your inquiry, project, or follow-up. During active projects, frequency may be higher.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us. To rejoin, reply START.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. 6. Payments

Payments are due as stated on your estimate or invoice. Online payments are handled by our third-party payment processor; we do not store complete credit card information on our servers. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, printing, and advertising spend are billed as agreed in your project terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Once your project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, unless your written agreement says otherwise. Third-party items such as stock images, fonts, plugins, and software remain subject to their own licenses. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

8. Use of Our Website

The content on this website, including text, graphics, and portfolio images, belongs to Groupiehead or its clients and may not be copied without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We work to deliver high-quality results, but we do not guarantee specific search rankings, advertising performance, leads, or sales, since these depend on factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Groupiehead is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
